REGISTRATION PROCESS

The event uses a VRS-ranked team selection process, followed by a first-come, first-served registration system.

  • Registration Open
    • Registration opens: Friday, 17 July at 12:00 CEST
    • Teams must register via the Registration Form that will be shared through the official Stake Pulse website and the Stake Esports X account.
    • Every registration receives an automatic timestamp.
  • Team Selection
    • Team selection begins on Monday, 3 August at 12:00 CEST.
    • The 14 highest VRS-ranked registered teams will be selected first, based on the official update published on 3 August.
    • If two or more teams share the same VRS ranking, the team that registered first (based on the registration timestamp) receives priority.
    • After that, any remaining teams will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
    • All remaining unselected teams will be placed on a Waiting list.
  • How Does It Work?
    Once the registration link is published, you will be required to provide the following information:
    • Team name
    • Team/Contact Person - Full name (please use the name of a person who will participate in the tournament)
    • Team/Contact Person - Phone number
    • Team/Contact Person - Email address
    • Team/Contact Person - Discord ID / Username
    • Team Twitter profile link
    • Team Instagram profile link
    • Team HLTV page (if available)
    • Team logo

Teams have 24 hours to complete the payment process once team selection is finished on August 3.

  • Waiting List Procedure If a registered team fails to complete payment within the deadline or withdraws from the tournament, the next team on the waiting list will be offered the available spot. All registrations are timestamped and processed in chronological order to ensure a fair and transparent registration process.

  • Open Qualifier
    Teams that successfully secure a spot during the registration period are also welcome to participate in the Open Qualifier. Upon winning the Open Qualifier, the team will receive a team package free of charge, and the first team on the waiting list from the open registration will be invited to proceed with the payment process to secure their spot for Stake Pulse Beat II.
    • Open Qualifier dates: August 20–21, 2026
    • Platform: FACEIT
    • Format: Single Elimination BO1 with BO3 Finals
    • 1st place from each qualifier advances to the main event.
  • Roster Submission & Seeding
    • Roster submission is requested two (2) weeks prior to the event.
    • Teams are required to submit their final roster by 7 September 2026.
    • From that point, the roster core of at least three (3) players cannot be changed.
    • Failure to comply may result in walkovers.
    • Seeding is based solely on Valve Regional Standings.
  • Cancellation Policy
    • More than 6 weeks before the first tournament day: Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. 75% refund of the participation fee.
    • More than 4 weeks before the first tournament day: Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. 50% refund of the participation fee.
    • Less than 4 weeks before the first tournament day: Team will be replaced by a team from the waiting list. No refund of the participation fee.
    • Less than 2 weeks before the first tournament day: Team will receive walkovers in their matches. No refund of the participation fee.

VRS INFORMATION IN DETAIL

No filter.

No direct invites.

The number of Rosters subject to a Direct VRS Invite and/or Wildcard Invite, if any:
None. There are no Wildcard Invites.

The Invitation Date:
No invitations, no invitation date.

The VRS publication date from which Direct VRS Invites will be issued:
No invites.

The VRS publication date which will be used for seeding:
First official Valve Regional Standings update in September, which is Monday, 7 September 2026.

The visa region where the Tournament takes place, e.g., USA, Schengen, China, etc:
Tournament is played in Sweden and Sweden is part of Schengen. We as Tournament Organizer can provide VISA Invitation Letter if needed, but all potential VISA costs belong to the Team Organizer.

Whether an Open Qualifier will be part of the Tournament and if so, the rules for such an Open Qualifier:
Yes, 2 slots awarded via Open Qualifiers hosted on August 20–21, 2026. Single elimination format BO1 with BO3 Finals on FACEIT. Each qualifying team will be announced and receive a team package free of charge.

Which Tournament stages are online or LAN:
All main event matches on LAN.

The prize pool and the rules for its distribution: Total guaranteed prize pool of $60,000 USD. As part of the Entry fee, priced at $3,000 USD (inc. VAT) , all teams receive the same Team Package of Hotel accommodation, access to practice PCs and gaming equipment, Catered Food (including soft drinks, snacks and fruit) & local transportation. Teams also get access to Team Media created on Media Day (Player Pictures, videos). No other compensation for teams. The Team Package benefits are available for as long as the team remains in the tournament.

Any integrity or conduct rules that disqualify a Roster from a Direct VRS Invite. Disqualification rules cannot be selectively applied at the discretion of the Tournament Operator. They must be transparent:

  • Stake Pulse reserves the right to decline any team that is affiliated with another team, such as Academy team or sharing same owners.
  • Stake Pulse reserves the right to decline participant (and therefore their entire team) or ban a signed up player/team, if Stake Pulse receives information from 3rd party integrity partners such as, but not limited to: ESIC, Oddin, GRID or directly other major tournament organizers such as, but not limited to EFG, Blast, PGL, CCT, that player or team have participated in matchfixing, cheating or any similar activity leading up to the event.
