TEAM ACCOMODATION - BEAT II

We're happy to host all teams participating in Stake Pulse Beat II at Best Western Plus Kungen Kurva, our official hotel partner for the event.

Each Team Package includes three double rooms (up to 6 people) with breakfast included. The hotel also offers a gym, rooftop pool and sauna, available for guests to enjoy during their stay.

Need additional rooms? We will shortly provide a discount code. Availability and pricing follow the hotel's standard dynamic booking system, so we strongly recommend securing any extra rooms as early as possible. Any additional room bookings must be made directly by the team through the hotel. We can assist by providing an email contact.

We know many teams travel with additional staff, and we're happy to accommodate that within reason. Staff Tickets are available at cost price and include full event access, catering, and the same on-site benefits as the teams. Please note that transportation is not included with Staff Tickets. If you're interested, contact us through the official Stake Pulse Discord. The deadline to purchase Staff Tickets is Tuesday, September 14.

All ground transportation for the players and coach (6 people) between the hotel and the studio is handled by BME and our logistics partner. Please note that airport transfers, or similar transportation, are not included in the Team Package.

For additional staff, we recommend arranging transportation directly to BME Studios, Mälarvägen 1, 141 71 Segeltorp. For airport transfers and other local travel, Uber and Bolt are generally the most convenient and cost-effective options.
